HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?

We prefer that our customers book at least 4 days in advance for our cakes.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend you enjoy all of our products within 48 hours of purchase - we very much doubt in most homes or offices they will last much longer anyway!

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING CAKES?

We do not do traditional wedding cakes, however, you can submit an email to contact@cakers.dk and we can advise on a Cakers version of using two or three of our cakes. Please note, we do not offer any cake tastings or set up for in-person consultations.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

We deliver our cakes within Copenhagen K, V, Ø, SV, S, N, NV, Nordhavn, Frederiksberg, Valby, Bronshøj and Vanløse for 100 DKK. Albertslund, Ballerup, Brøndby, Furesø, Gentofte, Gladsaxe, Glostrup, Greve Strand, Herlev, Hvidovre, Ishøj, Lyngby-Taarbæk, Rødøvre, Rudersdal, Taastrup, Tårnby, Dragør, Vallensbæk 150 DKK. Place your order online and specify the date and time you need it delivered. We deliver ourselves by car. 

We do not offer pick-up as we do not have a customer-facing storefront. We are a commercial working kitchen only.

DO YOU HAVE FONDANT CAKES?

No, we do not. We generally do not create special cake shapes, tiered intricate wedding cakes or fondant-covered themed cakes.

DO YOU OFFER VEGAN, SUGAR-FREE, EGG-LESS, DAIRY FREE OR GLUTEN-FREE CAKES?

No, we do not. Our cakes contain traditional ingredients like butter, fresh cream, sugar and flour.  We are currently working on a delicious GF and vegan option.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All orders cancellations are accepted within 24 hours from order placement. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive 100% refund. Any orders cancellation past 24 hours timeframe will be charged 50% of the total.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any of our items once a cake has been received by the designated party.  Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored. Refunds requested due to flavor is subjective and will also not be honored. You may qualify for a store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the cake is determined not to meet our standards. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of CAKERS.

DESIGN AND FLAVOR AMENDS AND LAST MINUTE REQUESTS

We can amend cake designs within reason and if our production schedule allows. We are not able to make last minute substitutions or design modifications requested within 3 days before the delivery of the cake order.
